Sign up to the (beta) service with your email.

Send any email that contains a date and time to [email protected] and the exact date and time will be added to your calendar. It works I tried it and love it.




1. Put an @ in front of any address, phone # or URL before sending it over to [email protected] (Ex. “ Looking forward to our coffee meeting at @ 72 Spring St, New York, NY”)

2. Send a calendar invite from any email that has a date and time in it.

Just place [email protected] in the Cc: field the next time you confirm a meeting. Everyone in the To: and Cc: fields will receive your calendar invitation. If you want an event to be added to your calendar but don’t want a calendar invite to be sent out just Fwd: [email protected] instead.
